A fabulous highland gem. There's B&B's, then there's Ardenlea. Catriona and Andrew have a beautiful welcoming, cosy space, the far exceeded our expectations. The space afforded to us as well extra touches in the hospitality pantry were just perfect. Breakfast was outstanding, really set us up for the day. We shall return for sure. Thank you

I had a great time in the TiPi for 2 nights. The TiPi itself is great, super comfy inside and really spacious. The solar charged battery was a nice touch to keep devices charger and lights on in the dark. Beautiful setting, and a short walk from the local town.. Lovely views all around and friendly farm animals around.

Sue was a great host and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathroom looked brand new. On site parking. Only a few doors down from the Kishorn Seafood Bar for evening meals but you'll need to book. Don't confuse with the Sanachan Bunkhouse, it's next door but a totally separate place.

The location is very nice, and the house looks cool between the trees and the mountains, and close to the sea. The Applecross Inn nearby is a good solution for drinks and food. The male receptionist was friendly and helpful! The ensuite shower and toilet had sufficient space. The breakfast is cheap (but you get what you pay for).

Very friendly lady on reception who showed me all round, explained everything, gave info for dining out, or use the kitchen facilities. The location is beautiful. I ordered a breakfast for the next morning, 2 coissants, cheese, jam, butter, and orange juice for £5, all ready to pick up from 7.45 onwards. Rooms are basic but very clean and have what you need. Shower rooms were nice and clean with plenty of hot water. I used the laundry to wash and dry done clothes, all worked well and well priced. Thanks for a great stay.

One of us had family room. The ensuite bathroom was excellent. Everything there was great. One of us had single room. The room was good. The heating was great. The hostel was very clean. The sterilization for crockery and cutlery is a great idea. The kitchen and dining area is huge and comfortable. There is plenty of parking. The location is lovely and isolated. The staff were good and responded to emails well.

I have never stayed in a hostel before and was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a private room with a bathroom. It seemed to have loads of facilities for walkers and bikers. The room was lovely and warm and very clean. The location is absolutely fantastic.

The location was breathtaking, and close enough to the village to walk. The shared bathroom was modern and very clean and my single room perfectly comfortable. The lady on reception ( April?) was brilliant, very helpful and great to deal with. I loved the location , it was a holiday destination in itself, with stunning scenery, highland cattle , beautiful trees and forest and only a short walk to the coastline with views to Isle of Skye. Excellent value for money !. I was sad to leave 🙏

Briliant location for whats on offer in the area. Staff young and friendly. Quite surroundings although some noise was heard within the hostel itself but thats to be expected with people coming and going due WC sharing etc . Amenities spotless with bed linen and room very clean. Comfy single bed and room temperature just right. Excellent accomodation for getting the head down for the night. 👍
