Ease of checking in - friendly and very helpful staff - delicious good-sized cooked breakfast free- parking on site or on nearby streets and only 10 min walk to the sea front...... Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again.

Spacious, clean, lovely decorated had everything you needed great value for money. Having a washing machine was perfect especially when you have a little ones. We wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as what it was. Lovely location. Nice and quiet and felt safe. Only a 5 min drive to the rides and amusements.
The caravan was big and comfortable.the shop on the site.stopped open till late,plus free cash point too.bus stops outside into skegness.beds was comfortable.nice soft pillows and a few touches .like tea coffee and sugar.hand wash and tea towel .good how there was plugs by the beds.good cheap holiday.booked at last min.plenty of parking space.. television had lots of channels.
Location was perfect, the beach, market, fairground, amusements and range of shops for a beach holiday were great . Pubs and restaurants close by.
