A beautiful building right in the heart of a very beautiful town (plenty of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood). The hotel has been lovingly renovated and decorated and the room itself showed an impressive attention to detail - including a kettle to make coffee/tea and a mini-bar. We received the code to enter the hotel in very good time and little touches (a welcome on the door, for example) allowed to feel the owners' 'presence' despite just having to follow instructions. If we get the opportunity to return, we will definitely choose this hotel again: it has been a pleasure and rounded off our stay.

The place where the room is situated is a beautiful place, very quiet, the host is absolutely wonderful, everything was clean, the breakfast was amazing and delicious. I highly recommend this place and we have no words to describe how helpful the host was in guiding us and they ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. Christine made us feel very welcome. Personal touch matters. La Bouill'hote is cosy with a warm atmosphere. Very quiet location. Breakfast was exceptional with fresh breads, home-made jam and selection of cold meats and cheese. The village is quaint very pretty and surrounded by a network of walks and cycleways. The hosts gave us a real good, warm welcome, and provided much better than expected accommodation. The kitchen was very, very well equipped, and there were special touches provided by the hosts, who responded to all requests with a smile and assistance. The accommodation was one of the quietest we have ever stayed in, despite it being on the main street, in a charming and typically Alsace village. We were offered advice in walks and visits which really added to our enjoyment.
