Great hosts, who go the extra mile to make your stay as welcoming and relaxing as is possible. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Peaceful location with local amenities, 10 minutes walk away. Beautiful gardens with different areas to explore. Swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. I'm sure there's lots of activities to do in the local area but we loved this property so much, we just stayed there for 2 days and relaxed around the pool. A little piece of heaven on earth.

beautiful castle, amazing location with a really friendly and welcoming staff. The food (dinner and breakfast) was really good, fresh, local and homemade. Really big bathroom, comfortable room and everything you need for a really relaxing stay. We loved spending New Year's Eve there.
Gorgeous historic castle in a nice location quite close to Annecy. Very friendly staff who also told us a little about the history of the castle. Excellent breakfast. It was a truly fantastic stay.
The location is a nature lover's paradise. Remote and high in the mountains, near a bunch of hiking paths. The restaurant and service were fantastic. It was a last-minute booking we were incredibly delighted by. Highly recommend for a non-traditional stay. Beware that early in the morning we had cows with their bells outside our room eating breakfast - we enjoyed it but if you are a sound sleeper keep windows closed :-)
Everything! We had such a lovely time staying at Le Chalet Des Pasettes. The hosts are so sweet and made us feel like family. The location is great as you can quickly access a wide variety of hikes or neighboring towns such as Annecy. The breakfast was sooo delicious! Fresh fruit, cheese, bread, homemade jams and more. We will definitely be back someday! Thanks so much for the wonderful hospitality.
Fabulous location, very friendly welcome by the owners, especially as there had been a mix up over the bookings, but we were provided with a fabulous suite. Extremely atmospheric castle with huge history.
The property is in a tiny place which we found by chance. It was above a pub which was nice as a lot places close down early.
Our room was basic but offered everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the room/bathroom was very clean.
The staff were really welcoming and lovely to talk to.
