The breakfast was delicious with freshly baked baguettes and croissants brought by the host from a local bakery and home made organic jams. We could sit on the veranda and enjoy the tranquility of the garden. The host was very attentive to our needs with an ability to make you feel at home. The location was great - very close to Collonges la rouge and other beautiful villages. The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Staying in a castle was amazing! Our room had an actual tower and a table and chairs in the battlement with a lovely view over the countryside! Our host was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was very generous and tasty.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Very kind and attentive host in a gorgeous home. We were treated like kings. Continental breakfast was served with gourmet and local products. Owner used to be a chef and can cook diner with notice.
Beautiful location.
Location next to Turenne, the historic building, the room, the bathroom, the view (over pool), the pool itself, the private parking, the breakfast, wifi - everything okay.
Lovely breakfast - smells delicious as soon as you leave your room to head upstairs and so much fresh, homemade produce too.
Very scenic location, beautiful views all around. This was our second time visiting and we loved it just as much aa the first time. Some lovely afternoons spent swimming and in the hot tub with the wonderful views.
Excellent location just off the A20 but in a tranquil rural spot. Lovely pool and grounds to relax in and very comfortable room. Plenty of parking right behind the hotel. Restaurant was unusually closed but a reservation was made for us nearby which proved excellent.
Central to lots of interesting villages. Quiet with lovely views and short country walks nearby. Very comfortable and quiet location with a lovely verandah. A lovely welcome by the hosts.
Lovely location with great views and excellent base from which to explore the pretty villages of the Dordogne.
fantastic spa and sauna and delicious, healthy breakfasts as well. We could easily stayed longer but as it was two nights was great.
Inge and her family were great hosts and made dog very welcome too which was much appreciated.
