For me, travelling before and afterwards by train, its location was ideal: a very short walk to the station. Comfortable bed, clean room, good shower, no external noise, slept well.

The room was comfortable & quiet, the shower lovely & hot. There was a great choice for the evening meal at various price points & was well cooked & presented. Breakfast was superb, great choice of fresh produce - meats, cheeses, fruit, croissants, pain au chocolate & bread plus selection of juices. Both Fred & Wendy spoke good English which was a bonus as we can only just get by in French!

Very quiet and a lovely rural location. A quirky layout which the building dictated but it made the property more memorable. There are some nice original features too, including old artwork from the buildings original function, which adds to the character of the property too.
