Priced well, you get what you pay for. The rooms are bright, the location is good - It is a great hotel for what it is offering. I have stayed there now three or four times and will stay there again I sure.
Big nice apartment, with smalle outdoor area and separate bedroom, bathroom and toilet. All facilities needed were found in the kitchen (except dishwasher). Excellent wifi.
We got at precise description of how to enter and find our key - never met the owner.

Good location for easy drive to the best beach at Locanau Océan and the city of Bordeaux.
the apartment was clean and located in the centre with good parking. Having a washing machine was an added bonus. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was good there is a boulangerie walking distance, and a supermarket virtually across the street, also a pizzeria/sushi around the corner which was very convenient.
Excellent breakfast with very knowlegdable staff. Very easy check-in and -out. Very nice room on the quiet side of the building. Great location and I would definitely recommend this lodging.
