Staff was nice snd they have a free closed parking. Good place to leave your car. I could see mine from my room window.

The room is really quiet, with good light, comfortable bed, good bathroom. The breakfast is wonderful and not so expensive in comparison to other options in the area. Location is not touristic, but it is good, close to the university and to public transportation.
The room was clean and spacious, just as we expected. It was fantastic to have a ceiling fan that could be turned on to a casual setting to keep the room cool during the night. The location, near the university and with tram stops nearby, was great. Finally, the staff were very friendly and welcoming with any requests we had. We would definitely stay here again!
Very comfortable, good standard, tasty breakfasts with enough options - I enjoyed the stay and would stay again. There are also additional facilities such as ironing board, private car parking or even parking in a private garage (for extra price though), etc. The location a bit off the city centre, however close to university campus.
Ideal for our needs, a long weekend visiting a relative. Room very nice. Parking on site. Near the tram station for town. Suited our requirements perfectly. Reception staff extremely polite and helpful.
