The team is really awesome. They accompany you to your hotel room, help you with the luggage and explain to you every single detail you might need to explore the city from restaurants to all the other activities you can do. The location is amazing, the view is truly exceptional, the breakfast is so varied and delicious, there’s something for every taste and the facilities include everything you need. I honestly don’t know how this hotel doesn’t have at least 4 stars.

Her apartments are in the quieter part of town up near the sanctuary and it was perfect for our first time in this lovely place. The owners were very kind and the apartment is in an excellent location halfway down/up the hill, with a beautiful view. Note that the owners speak only French and that the road to the apartment is very steep with tight switchbacks (also is marked “sauf residents”). We loved it though - great adventure and the host Jean Louis and his wife were gracious and lovely, even helping with dinner reservations. We’d love to stay again!
