This tucked-away haven of peace was just perfect for us. The stunningly converted modern wooden loft room sits under huge beams/rafters. With one gabled end wall all glassed and sky lights throughout, it is light and yet cosy. The decor is very tasteful, the furniture is exactly what’s needed and it has all mod cons too, including a coffee machine, fridge and induction hob. It looks out over the Normandy countryside and directly onto the paddock where three gorgeous donkeys munch and occasionally say Ee-aw! The beds were comfy and the host is nearby ready to help, quick to communicate, but also gave us privacy. I was allowed to feed carrots to the donkeys, a sweet highlight of our stay! Thanks Judith & Lem for making our beautiful, peaceful, rural idyll so comfortable for us.

We occupied the ground floor of the Gite. Actually it was up some steps. The upper floor could have been booked for more guests but we did not need that space. Good size lounge/diner/kitchen. Adjacent parking. Washing machine in garage. Garden/bbq area adjacent. Host gave us a bottle of home made cidre. Wifi good

Good breakfast with local products, friendly host, and an amazing view from the terrace! The house is properly renovated for comfort, and the garden is particularly well set up. It is a somewhat remote location, which means it is quiet, but be ready to navigate the Normand countryside to find it (we did not have any trouble).
