Easy to get around Paris as right opposite a metro station. The loft room was comfortable, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. Amenities were good including a small gym, bar and restaurant on site, laundry services for a fee. Easy checkin and checkout process with a electronic system. The location was the best you can get. The apartment is equipped with all you need, all the kitchen accessories, very clean and nice decorated. 5 min walk to the Las Halles metro station. The place is 6 floors high, we were at the 6 floor and with small children was difficult to get up on the small elevator. But the very high standard of this place takes it all.

We were in Paris for 3 days and made a really great choice with Hotel Moderniste. Upon arrival, our concierge welcomed us with a big smile and a room upgrade. After that, she was kind enough to show us around the hotel and make some restaurant recommendations. Our room was well furnished, comfortable and very, very clean. I would definitely rate it a 10 for cleanliness! The breakfast was of great quality and varied. The hotel is close to the Metro station, so you could easily get anywhere, although I would advise you to walk the Paris streets because there's the magic. I would definitely come back.
