Stayed twice, the first time the room was clean but not so much the second time (leaves and dust on the ground, dirty shower walls). Same for the shared kitchen: it was quite clean the first time but not the second time. Pity!
The room was confortable and the street is quiet, bare minimum in the room so you have space to move which is nice.
