We arrived at Chateau de Seguin and were told we would not be able to make use of the pool as the pool was booked by a private group staying at the castle and moreover there was a group of italian tourists, so we were offered to stay at their sister property. A lovely man organised everything for us and we had the very best time at this other property.

Jean Marcs’ breakfast was outstanding. Lots of choices in a nice dining area. The setting is lovely and you can walk through the vineyard. There is an aura of staying in an old vineyard. The accommodation in renovated outbuildings is very smart, clean, large and comfortable. The use of the spa and sauna was an added treat.

Excellent property. Plenty of history and character if you are in to chateaus and cars. Raphael and Henri are fantastic hosts, who will spend time to talk and run through the history of the property along with Raphael’s interest in old/rare cars. The dogs on the property were a welcome addition which we grew extremely attached too. Would definitely be back (once Raphael finishes his car facts book) - need a signed copy! Thanks both.

The location was amazing, close to Bordeaux, five minutes by car from a supermarket, but it was still in a countryside location.
Sophie, the host, was friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
The apartment was fabulous, if you want peace and quiet, you'll be happy, I'm a very fussy sleeper as I sleep so lightly, and even with the ceiling fan on I could sleep, it was a remote controlled one and very quiet.
A fairly busy road was close by, but I didn't hear a peep from it until the morning rush hour.
The walk in shower was lovely, much appreciated, and the outdoor decking area was a nice place to take breakfast or sit for the evening, we arrived late, so a cup of coffee out there was all we had at night.
The accommodation included a cooker and a hob, a toaster, microwave and a kettle. There was nothing missing. I would definitely stay again.

Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Fabulous 2night stay at the Chateaux with the friendly & chatty host Francois - who speaks English and makes fantastic breakfast! The Chateau has its character & charms, as you would want in a Chateau-stay.
Our room was big and had a view on the pool below.
Nice big garden for the dog to wander around and a lovely pool in the back.
The hosts were also really welcoming to our dog, which is a big plus for us.
Free parking infront, the location of the chateau is good.
Close to Bordeaux and about 20min from St.Emilion.
The location was absolutely stunning, completely hidden between the vineyards, with a few chateaus in the vicinity, but still close to the city. The owners are absolutely lovely, and made us feel right at home from the start. We had a lovely evening with them, tasting wine and exchanging stories. Alain and Rayhana put their heart and soul into this lovely little hotel, and you can feel it in every detail. We will definitely visit again!
Beautiful chateaux!!! Quiet; peaceful And VERY relaxing! This is what we needed!
Breakfast was out of this world !
Swimming pool gorgeous!
Rooms beautiful and very clean!
Shame we couldn’t stay longer!
Thank you Francois for lovely stay & for looking after us! He even drove my husband to the chemist to buy some products.
The location in a vineyard is fantastic. The rooms very well equipped, comfortable with an individual decor. Great hosts with wine makers knowledge. Great stay, many thanks to you both.
The hosts Alain and his wife were very welcoming at this amazing little vineyard tucked away from the beaten track. They booked a table for us at a local restaurant and then recommended a fabulous spot to visit the next day.
Our room was large, very clean and comfortable, large comfy bed. Looked exactly as the Booking.com photos. We didn't use the TV or wifi so can't comment on those items. Our dogs were also made very welcome. Everything was lovely.
