we stayed in huge Napoleon III suite with excellent view from the top of the hill.
breakfast was very good (cheeses, hamon, baguets, croissants, eggs, tee/coffee/juice etc)
hosts are very friendly and helped us with local restaurants
property has big horse stables building converted into bar - it looks very authentic.
first floor is used as a museum where visitors can take tours (for people who are staying it is free).
we visited few chateaus and this is the biggest one, located in the small town

Everything was perfect. Rooms was very big, clean and comfortable. It was an amazing place.

Very quiet location, off the A11 but not too far. Close to Chateau de Montmirail. Mill stream was quaint. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and lots of it.
