On the whole excellent. The rooms are large, bathroom good and a hair drier was supplied Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating and happy to work with our limited French. Breakfast was fresh , plentiful and of good quality.

What a wonderful chateau. We had the best time. Our room was huge, light and airy. The bathroom the same and the beds were very comfortable. Guillaume made us feel very welcome and even drove us to a nearby restaurant since we were on a cycling trip. We would love to return one day.

This was a great find. A very comfortable and well equipped property in a very peaceful location. The property has been finished to a high standard and although certain areas of the house are in the process of being developed , this does not detract in anyway from the pleasure of being at the property. Easy journey to the beaches of the Vendeé.

We loved our stay at Le Nichoir. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and the breakfast was amazing. We loved the room decor and it was so comfortable. We enjoyed meeting the animals and swimming in the pool. At night-time we were blown away by the beautiful stars and felt so lucky to hear an owl as we fell asleep. We stayed as a base to visit Puy du Fou, and it was perfect.

We had a lovely friendly welcome ......Jacky and his wife are adorable....the accomodation is beautifully appointed and clean....everything we needed and more. Microwave, coffee machine, fridge, table and chairs, fabulous shower room...wow we were overwhelmed with the facilities for the price.
We were en route to Cherbourg and it was the perfect overnight stop, close to the motorway and easy to find.

Breakfast was nice, though l would rather eat salty. But we are in France and that's the way it is.
Bedroom is clean, quite. Huge parking space. All in all, everything was fine.
