Absolutely stunning place and beautiful property, could not fault anything, it did take a while to warm up but as it is a stone building that’s to be expected. There were blankets if you needed them.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful in this rural hotel/bar/restaurant. Rooms are very spacious and clean and the hotel has plenty of charming character. Sitting outside having a chilled beer watching the world go by after a day on the road was very much welcomed followed by a magnificent typical ‘higher end’ French rustic meal cooked by the hosts - they could in fact make the starter and main meal slightly smaller so I could have had room for the deserts and cheese board. Breakfast was also very good and set the day up well. They also have locked secure free parking behind the hotel which was important to us.
