We stayed at Chambre D'Hôtes le Phenix on route to the Euro tunnel.
The car was fully loaded with two expensive bikes on a rear carrier. So we were grateful for the secure, covered parking area. Our room was spacious comfortable and spotless clean.
We also really enjoyed a beautiful evening meal and the incredible service provided by Alberto and Simona.
This is an excellent Chambre D'Hotes of the highest standard.

**Hotel Review**
I had an amazing stay here! The host was incredibly friendly, extremely polite, and always quick to respond, making everything feel so welcoming. The key was easy to find, and the place was spotless—truly one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged, and the decor was charming and full of lovely details. There’s really nothing to criticize here; everything was new and in perfect condition!
The location is also fantastic—a nice, quiet neighborhood with a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away and a wonderful local bakery nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Lovely, compact studio apartment. Great facilities and spotlessly clean. Full of really interesting and attractive decor touches. Good area to explore Rouen with a fast, reliable bus service if you don't want to drive into the city. Good communication from the host who meets you in person where possible and has left plenty of information to help you to enjoy the area.
An exceptionally nice apartment. Much better in reality - the photos don't do it justice. Absolutely everything you need for a place to stay. A well stocked kitchen, good shower located in a convenient location with good local shops.
My car broke down right near the hotel, so my stay was unplanned and last minute.
All I needed was a cheap room while I sorted my car out.
It's not the cleanest Hotel, but the bed was comfortable and I slept well.
If you're just looking for a cheap stopover this place is OK and I'd stay again.
For that price you cant expect miracles but I think it's fair.
