The breakfast was delightful. A typical French breakfast of croissant’s or French bread, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, juice, assorted jams, cheese and delicious fresh coffee served outside in a most attractive patio area. The decked patio area was a lovely spot to relax in the evening. Very friendly hosts, with good command of English.

Our hosts got in touch straight away offering suggestions of sights to see and restaurants to go to shortly after booking. We were welcomed very warmly when we arrived with a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. It was such a lovely touch!
The room was beautifully finished, very clean and inviting. The location absolutely stunning! We loved our time at Par La Rivière and will definitely be back!
The location and the property were both absolutely fantastic. Such a beautiful house with immaculate rooms and the most perfect terrace to sit and watch the sun go down. The owners are deligtful and were very attentive without ever being intrusive. The kitchen was equipped with evrything one could need and spotlessly clean as were the perfect bathrooms. A really peaceful location yet only minutes away from restaurants and cafes.
The location was lovely, private but not too far from the village. It was great to have access to the quiet pool! Laurence and Frederic were super helpful, with great local advice and recommendations. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Great location very clean a bit of a walk from your room to the actual bar restaurant evening meal we had was good,the breakfast sadly let them down cold coffee and pan chocolate that was it no choice at all very poor
