The receptionist was most pleasant, helpful and cheerful.
The room was ground floor, accessible from outside and next to car park - easy coming and going. The breakfast offered had a huge choice.
The location was easy to find (using sat nav) and from there the access to the old city was very simple and straightforward.

The location is perfect, right outside the station, close to shops and restaurants. There’s a lift which was handy with my pram. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The location is quite nice, house is big enough for the 6 -8 person. All necessary facilities were included, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. To summarize - it is good location to stay during the visit of Tour and castles around.
It is a very clean spacious house with a very big kitchen and the living room. It has 3 bedrooms which was enough to accommodate 2 families (in total: 4 adults, 3 children). The house is located in a very quite place. In 12 mins walk there is a nice bakery. A big shopping center is 5 mins by car. It was very convenient location for visiting various castles (by car). Very friendly and responsive hosts.
The authenticity of the location. The Kindness of the host and the incredible garden. We felt very welcomed and our dog was very happy enjoying the green around the property.
