Lionel & Lydia greeted us on arrival and from the first could not do enough for us. We stayed in "Le Cosy" and it certainly was. Squeaky clean, beautifully furnished and a fabulous place to spend our 10 days by the Loire. We had our own sun terrace and full use of a beautiful garden with plenty of sun and plenty of shade when we needed it. The mercury hit 39 whilst we were there so the latter much appreciated. Gîte was a short walk away from the river, a great boulangerie and a choice of 2 bar/restaurants - one "La Guinguette L'Embardée", was right on the river, had a lovely feel and run by a very personable young couple - well worth an hour or so of your stay. Bang on the EV6 so great cycling opportunities everywhere you look.

We were met by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and compact but had everything we needed. Parking spaces in the shade was a welcome bonus. Easy drive to Angers for great shopping and site seeing, but in the countryside so away from noise.

Friederique was fantastic. She welcomed us as part of her family or like dear friends. The house is lovely, with a very nice garden. We had a rich breakfast in the front garden in the morning, there was a shed where we could store our bikes and the place was in a great position to continue our tour along the Loire.
