The rooms were a good size and well equipped and the breakfast was great. In addition the host spoke good English and was happy to chat. She also gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat. The gardens would be a good place to hang out.

Chantal is a very kind and welcoming host. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Dinner was great, high quality and very tasty, fresh fish and the best scallops I have had in a long time. I felt at home and very relaxed throughout my stay. A real treat.

Location was a little out of the way but fabulous. We rented a car, so not a problem. Beautiful farm country though. It was pretty much perfect. House was large, superbly clean and very welcoming. Facilities were great and the kids loved the playroom. Having a log fire was quite fun as well. Not something I have had before. Really cannot stress how good this experience was and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely come back next year.
