It was a beautiful, quaint renovated big home near many sites in Caen. We walked all around the city. It was quiet with the windows closed, some noise (Saturday night) with the windows open. Loved the open beamed ceiling on the third floor. It was a little difficult getting our luggage up/down the stairs.

What a gem, located in the middle of Caen. The apartment was very well decorated, tidy and clean. We were in New York
There was a separate double bedroom, large bathroom and living room which had a sofa bed. The kitchen had all you needed.
The apartment was on the third floor, accessible by stairs or elevator.
The owner/ host communicated clearly and made arrival and departure easy.
There's an underground car park just round the corner at €22 per day, which is reasonable for a City centre.

This was a tastefully decorated and uncluttered spacious cottage in the older part of town. It os tucked away in a courtyard and therefore very peaceful. It was a luxury to have a separate dressing room / office and leave the bedroom uncluttered with bags. The living / dining / kitchen space worked really well and we had everything we needed for our stay. The shower is excellent. We cycled to Caen and Ouistreham and the property is very close to the canal to connect with the velo route to both destinations.

Fantastic location for the ferry port and Caen. Ideal for a stop over the night before - 10min drive to Port and close to a huge Carrefour supermarket.
Rooms are basic but clean and fit for purpose. Hotel itself is good, breakfast was great - staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

The location Ideal for the ferry terminal. Bonus kettle and complimentary tea/coffee/etc in the room . We couldn't arrived before 9pm and rang to inform Reception. No fuss, easy check in and out. Perfect overnight stay. No corridors, private entrance.
The hotel is tucked away in a residential area. We were concerned about security being near the port but the Ibis felt safe with all night staff, lighting and cameras. We took our skis in but left the boot luggage in the car. Otherwise, usual standard for Ibis Budget - cheap, no frills. Fine for overnight.
This was the second time we have stayed at the Kyriad for an overnight stopover. It is inexpensive and only fifteen minutes from the ferry port. The rooms are comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. In my opinion the Kyriad is the ideal stopover place.
One night stay chosen for the location and price. The room was very clean and comfortable, we both got a good, quiet night's sleep. The bathroom was small but done the job very well, good shower and towels, bed & bedding very comfortable. Overall good value for money, the reception & checking in was friendly & helpful, would choose to stay again when when needed.
Rooms although simple are very clean and bed comfortable, bedding spotless..breakfast good at the moment, but cracks are starting to appear..not as good as before.
