It was immaculate - very clean and comfortable. Everything was very well organised, so it was clear how to use the facilities (for example, how to alter the heating). The instructions about getting into the property were accurate and well communicated. Nolwenn even found an ear bud I had dropped and posted in back to the UK for me.
