our host was lovely and spends most of his time tending his imaculate gardens .a few steps from the apartment is the river a suitable seat there to enjoy a bottle of st emillion [5 km away ]we spent hours watching the river and its wildlife
the view from the bedroom looked over vineyards and its cave .the host was so helpfull free cycles and canoes though the river was very fast during our stay

The owners were super accommodating- they collected/dropped us to the station and lent us bikes. The garden was lovely to have breakfast in too.

We were attending a wedding at a nearby Chateau and Le Sargent was perfect for location.
The property was stunning, the gardens were beautifully maintained. A pool for a quick dip and catching some needed sun.
The owners were so friendly and welcoming, we had the optional breakfast which was delightful.

It was great to meet the hosts Sylvie & Bruno upon our arrival. The home was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The location was perfect - 45 min from Bordeaux and 15 min from St. Emilion, Libourne, etc. The bakery and market were a 5 min walk. Loved the town of Branne which borders Grezillac. We were so happy to end our month in France at this great place and the memories it made.
Our hosts were fantastic, organising a vineyard tour, suggesting great restaurants. Warm and welcoming. Beautiful location, peaceful yet close enough to some great spots.
