Our room was lovely, especially the bath tub. And the aircon was essential as it was mid 30’s during our stay.
Gerard and Pascal were both exceptionally accommodating hosts. They were extremely thoughtful and attentive, and the dinner that Gerard made for us was one of the best we’ve ever had.

Everything was clean and there was a lot of space. We slept 2 nights there because of a wedding nearby. So we didn't spend much time in the apartment. There is a small garden next to the entrance door that can be used for breakfast or relaxing hours. The owner was really nice!

A beautiful and very spacious top floor apartment right in the centre of Auxerre, hosted by the fantastic Hadrien. We had extremely clear instructions on how to find the property and check in; Hadrien even called us on our journey to offer to book us a table for dinner and then welcomed us on arrival. The apartment itself is large and airy, with two very comfortable double bedrooms and a large living area and kitchen. Everything was perfect - we hope to stay here again when travelling this way.

Jerome the owner could not be more helpful, he gave us good guidance to get there and where to park our car, his welcome was wonderful and being a B&B he had a plan of times and locations or nearby restaurants with details of the type of food they served. The 17th century house is located in the heart of Auxerrre old quarter and has that old world French charm with many original features and lots of maps , new and old to study. Some lovely churches are within walking distance and the Cathedral is close by. The breakfast room is typical French style and a joy to sit infront of porcelain crockery to enjoy fresh food and house made preserves whilst Jerome attends to your needs.

This was a second stay here for us due to motor vehicle breakdown/repair - circumstances beyond our control. The Owners went above and beyond what is required - making telephone calls in French for us, driving us to the repair garage etc. We had a different room this time, and as before - it was perfect. Enjoyed breakfast with excellent coffee. Although our mechanical issues had delayed our onward holiday plans, we were still sad to leave. Thank you Pascal and Serge.
