This is a beautiful and well equipped apartment in an absolutely superb location. Everyone we met was super friendly. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to self-cater well (including a good sharp chef’s knife). Very convenient for the Caen ferry and with a supermarket and a good boulangerie within walking distance, it is very peaceful and calm with a view from the window of horses and their foals in the field.

We loved the welcome from Roy and Cecile (and Reuben their lovely dog). I liked that I felt we had returned to the earlier days of tavelling in my youth! A step back in time _-So quirt - Lovely Breakfast and Cecile and Roy spoke clearly in French so that my schholgirl French could understand And could translate to my husband!!

Stuart was brilliant making sure everything was sorted and ready for our stay, even though it was a last minute booking because of a change in our plans. Location was lovely and very quiet. The apartment is in a very interesting historic stone building. It is spacious with comfortable bedrooms, living room and a well equiped kitchen in a very peaceful location. The owner met us on arrival to hand over the keys and describe the shops, restaurants and places to visit, which is very helpful and welcoming.
