This property was absolutely stunning. So cute and pretty. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment/gîte at the back of the Château. Just delightful, perfectly renovated in a traditional style, but with all the feel of modern living. I could have stayed forever. I have popped a photo on of the view from the kitchen area. You are able to walk around to the main section of the Château, and walk around the garden.

Location remote but also not far off motorway with easy to follow directions. Lovely room with very comfortable bed and the best air conditioning I have ever experienced, so quiet you don’t think it’s working. Great breakfast outside around one large table so you get to meet other guests from all over.

Such a nice and clean property everything you need was there! Price was affordable! Honestly best stay ever the beds where comfortable and the shower+bath was just the icing on the cake ! Love love love. The communication with Romain to get into the apartment was also flawless he explained everything very well !

Beautiful location amidst rolling hills and vineyards. Spotlessly clean and helpful efficient staff. The evening meal for 29 euros was really good value for money and plentiful. Lovely stay and we will definitely return.

Dinner there on our first night was good. But only available M-F then you have to drive min 15 mins for restaurant.

Le Montellier, an 18th century country mansion, is a very special place, peaceful in a stunning location. We stayed in a beautiful family room and enjoyed a glass of local wine on the wide and spacious balcony with a view over the nearby hills. Friendly and welcoming hosts.
The location was a bit tricky to find. But it was a beautiful rural spot with lovely views. I also liked the presence of chickens and cows in the next field.
Loved the location and the rambling collection of old buildings and hen enclosure in the garden area. Good to have a pool to cool off in. Good buffet style breakfast. Interesting roof terrace with great views across the village and to the vineyards of Beaujolais beyond. Friendly and helpful staff who directed us to a nearby restaurant for our evening meal at "La Cuisine d'Alice Dior" which had a hill top location, spectacular views and lovely food.
Beautiful room and house. Very clean with every need catered for! Lovely outside space where we ate breakfast. Wonderful location in beautiful countryside with fabulous views. Hosts were very kind and welcoming- we were late checking in and we were still offered an excellent home made dinner. Breakfast was very special.
