From making the booking Jan was most helpful, communicative and met us on arrival to show us around. lovely treats on arrival, thank you. the house was impeccable, so clean and tidy, fabulously stocked with kitchen crockery etc, super bathroom with a lovely hot powerful shower. crisp white linens and soft white towels. quiet location although very vocal frogs on the river which was a pleasure to hear so much wildlife. lovely to have morning coffee in the garden over looking the vienne. it suited our needs for visiting family in the area. we will certainly stay again if it’s available on our next trip.

Breakfast was amazing, delicious coffee, fresh croissants, fruit, yogurt, fresh juice, cold meats ,cheese….the room was spotlessly clean, airy , bright and the shower was powerful and huge. There was coffe, tea and sweets provided, as well as water. The bed linens were luxurious and we even had a lovely balcony.all this in an incredible ,authentic, village.

What a warm place to land after a full day of traveling madness. We entered the premisses after 21.00 hrs. The lovely host and hostess helped us park the big van we had with us, welcomed ever so kindly and had a warm homecooked VEGAN meal and a nice couple of cold beers waiting for is when we sat down. The beds where comfortable and warm, I slept very well. The room was nice and dark because of the shutters in front of the windows. When opening the shutters in the morning we where presented with al lovely view of the fields and the singing of birds. The shower was nice and toasty, the towels soft. And breakfast was wonderful more then enough, homemade and fresh. I can and will recommend this place to anybody that needs a place to sleep in the region. We loved our stay here.

The facilities are pretty amazing, including a bathtub, various kitchen facilities and a comfortable bed.
