This was an absolutely lovely place to stay in Tarbes. Don't let the street side location deter you. I had a suite of rooms that were all pleasantly decorated and comfortable. Christine, the hostess was so very pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful. And although the weather was not nice enough to enjoy eating in the garden, the dining room setting was wonderful.

I have rated the hotel as highly as possible, but in fact my stay was very difficult. on walking from the station to the hotel I managed to trip over a kerb and fall heavily and face first onto a pavement. I realised straight away that nothing was seriously damaged but I had scraped my nose and split my lip. As I take blood thinning medication I bleed easily and heavily. I walked on to hotel, was treated with courtesy and consideration despite it being midnight on a Friday night. I will always appreciate the night receptionist, who could so easily have turned me away. I hope to visit next time a take a trip to Paris - and this time to enjoy the hotel more. Thanks guys!
