The location is only a short walk from the town centre. The property itself is in a very quiet location.
The owner of the property stated that she had to leave to go to work at 6.30am in the morning, but that she would ensure that breakfast would be on the table for us at 8am.
The breakfast was, indeed, waiting for us and it was delicious.

A beautifully renovated farmhouse in a rural setting next to a stream...idilic. The owners are an artisan carpenter and mid-wife, and they couldn't do enough for us and cooked a lovely vegetarian meal. Wish we could have stayed longer but our bike tour beckons. Joe and Ben

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place was perfect. If you concerned about noise, being on a road, don’t be, super quiet.

Parking was free & the property was convenient for walking into Laval, which is a vibrant city with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style & there was a good selection of food on offer.
