The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Sebastian is a wonderful host, very responsive and supportive. The location was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and a serene, private access to lake and proximity to nearby supermarkets and restaurants.The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor spaces, including the terrace and sauna, were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful environment. The property also provided plenty of privacy, making it ideal for families and retreat group.

The apartment was tidy and very well equipped. It's not really big for a family with two teenagers, but for two nights it was OK. The house is located near the nice parks and the lake. The distance to the city centre is cca 4 km but there is a public transport and we used electric scooters (we used app Voi recommended by the owners).

We got a detailed instruction of how entering the appartement, how to use equippments. Everything was as it was written. Eventhough it is a little further out, public transport is very convenient.

I liked the location, privacy and the house itself. The rooms were big, clean and with all the extras. really liked the sauna on the lake.The children liked fishing. Extra points would be given to the bean coffee machine and the owner himself👍in summary, a very nice place to stay with two families and children.
Great location next to railway station. Free parking was also close. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The next time I will first check the availability of this apartment before checking any others!
