Had a lovely stay here. Guillermina the host was helpful and made us sandwiches for our hike on request. The house was immaculately clean, the room was spacious and we had a great two nights' sleep. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated. The area is so beautiful and the hike to the Lago del Valle is stunning.

It gives you a warm home welcome even before you meet your hosts and that’s generally the feel. It’s like staying with your favourite relatives. We had the suite with the huge bed with plenty of space, it has an old farmhouse feel. The evening meal was pork ribs with garlic potatoes, wow!
Be prepared that when you ascend for bed, it’s quiet, very quiet. My wife and I normally wake up during the night but the sun was up before us. Whilst enjoying breakfast, we were treated to a herd of Ibex being playful just across the river. What’s not to like ?

Very clean room, very comfortable beds. Well located for the Senda del Oso. The hosts were friendly and very responsive to our questions in advance which helped us plan the trip well. The garden was beautiful and very relaxing to sit and read a book.

The hotel is in a breathtakingly beautiful location. The village is a paradise of peace and amazing wildlife. We saw a bear from the hotel reception within 10 minutes of arriving. The owner is a fount of local knowledge and gave us a great recommendation for a walk.
This hotel was what we expected, given the location, which was beautiful. We always hope for a cleaner room, the floors were not cleaned well in some time, but it was in the country mountains so I suppose that should be expected. The location was perfect for the hiking that we wanted to do and the owner and his son were quite helpful. It was fine for the few nights that we stayed there. Interestingly enough, we had one of the best showers during our trip at this hotel; the water pressure was great!
The host Guillermina speaks good English and was very lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she serves a delicious breakfast using local produce! We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was perfect - nestled amongst the mountains nest to hiking trails full of nature. We are already planning our return for more wildlife watching. Thank you, Guillermina, for a wonderful stay!

Location is great, in a quiet village - perfect to explore Sapiencia Lakes. Facilities are simple but comfortable and very clean. The owner Natalia is lovely and provides and excellent breakfast. In sum - great value for money.
A lovely wee place with a spacious room (we had the suite) and a small bar where we had breakfast. Wonderful location at just over 4,000’ altitude. Very clean and the owner was nice. A great place to go walking from, the walk up the valley and over to Lago de Silencia was fabulous, huge open meadows at 5,500’.
