Staff were all friendly, from the receptionist to the cleaner and the breakfast server. The air conditioning was great, the shower was good and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of variety. There was a good amount of space for clothes. It is very close the train and bus stations, a park with cafes, the river Ebre and the town. A very pleasant stay.

Extremely friendly staff. Very clean. New bedding and towels. Great location for Tortosa city centre and bus and train stations. Upgraded since my previous stay a year before.
Very clean, very modern, staff very attentive to detail. Included things like a bottle of water and some coffee, made us feel very welcome. Property is close to everything you need, 10/10 overall. Town is very beautiful, cheap food, cheap drinks.
We love this hotel. The staff are always pleasant, friendly and helpful and make us feel like we are home. Parking is great. Location is close enough to main shopping area but also far enough away. Rooms are good size and very clean.
