The hosts were very friendly, even though there was a language barrier, they were very helpful. Dinner at the place was great! Breakfast was good but simple (Great coffee and toast). The whole place just got renovated so it was modern and nice. Wifi didn't work but we had a good phone reception so it was fine. Great pit stop when you go to Santander.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Sarah is such a wonderful host and she has a wonderful albergue. This is exactly what we were looking for on our Camino. Breakfast was wonderful and reasonable at 6 euros. She has coffee, drinks and snacks for sale as well as a microwave and fridge. The albergue has a beautiful garden with chairs and tables and there is a large and comfortable lounge inside too.

We loved this place, in the middle of the mountains where the landscapes and views are breathtaking. The host is fantastic, very friendly and knows a lot about art. There is a gallery owned by the host next to the Albergue with great art pieces you can see.
