Do not let the one star rating fool you, a new owner who has a great deal of experience in 5-star hotels has taken over and is dramatically improving every aspect of this beautiful boutique hotel. It is a very old building which has been remodeled and updated. One nice aspect is that they have kept some of the original rooms as miniature museum type areas that you can see.
