I chose to spend my last night in Gran Canaria where I spent my first—at the Acoran Hostel. Of all my stays on the island, this one was by far the most pleasant and comfortable. The cleanliness, security, and atmosphere make it feel like home, thanks to the attentive owner who keeps everything impeccable. Carl is amazing,super nice and friendly, you feel very welcome in this place, the rooms with bathroom was without window and quite smal. Bathroom very clean and hot water all the time. It is jacuzzi available on terrace is super attraction. It is a lot of kind teas ,coffee, cookies in kitchen.
Carl is a very hospitable man and made sure to check in regularly with us to ensure everything is good. He loves to socialize with travelers so I made new acquitances through the residence for sure. The wifi was shaky on the first day, worked just fine the rest of our time there. Also beware of the location, this is not near any major Canarian city and public transport is infrequent to this part of Gran Canaria. Remember to get a car or be really wary of the public transport schedule.
Really great location with a very nice host. The surroundings are stunningly beatiful. Usually you can see Mount Teide and Tenerife. Great for hiking and not crowded. Will certainly come back!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Casa Arte! Really good value for money. Well equipped kitchen, cozy rooms, everything very clean and best part- jacuzzi on the terrace with a nice view. We really wish we could stay there longer than one night! Best place to relax in small village.
