Good location for exploring Valencia region. At no extra cost was able to use the private secure carpark. Large clean rooms with plenty of space and comfortable king-size bed was nice. No dining area but, Located within in a small residential complex which had nice centre which was walkable with a selection of places to eat.

I'll leave just a description that might be helpful to others. This accommodation is on the first floor of a family house in a residential neighbourhood. Bathroom on the same floor. Run by a french couple (PACA maybe?) who live on the ground floor. Swimming pool outside (did not try it) and parking space with their cars.
I assume they only ever have one booking at a time - the room is the former bedroom of one of their children.

The appartement was extremely clean, Feli was a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. We had no problem in taking Uber late at night to the airport. The place has definetely exceeded my expactations!

The location, you do need a car, but it's really handy for Valencia and the surrounding area.

We had an issue with the bathrooms in the apartment. When the issue couldn't be fixed, we were offered to move to another one. The host was really helpful and tried his best to resolve the issue.
