The friendliness of the staff. Juan at the reception is very helpful and loves the region. The restaurant staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dinner was tasty and breakfast varied with eggs made to order. The room is spacious, very clean, with a large bay window and comfortable beds.
Nice location in the historical center of Sallent. Hospitality and support from venue on highest possible value, well organized dinner in local restaurant and a lot of insights about the city, local gastronomy and history.
Some of the most friendly and accommodating staff I've ever seen during decades of world travel. The location is a short drive to local towns, the main trafficways, and the Saltamos skydiving compound. There are ample electric outlets, bedside tables and lamps, and large windows for natural light and fresh air. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. The bar and restaurant are excellent, and free cold filtered water is available in the foyer.
