Everything! It was exactly as the photos- and more! So much thought gone into making this a comfortable space. We’ve been travelling for 3 weeks and this is by far the best accommodation we’ve stayed in. Everything you need! Clean and well equipped. Great location- Guggenheim literally around the corner. Amets House is the perfect place to stay if you want a ‘home-from-home’ experience! Our host was terrific and couldn’t be more helpful, advising us on all the best places to explore, eat and experience during our stay in Bilbao. The accommodation is spacious and very clean with fine attention to detail for a very comfortable stay. We had a magnificent time and take back many fond memories of our stay at Amets House.

This apartment is a perfect size for a group of 5 people: 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 with a shower and the other with a bathtub). It was super-clean and all the necessary things were included (sheets, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, fans, tv, wifi, kitchen utensils etc.). Huge closets!
Jose, the owner, was very kind giving us all the information we needed and asking every so often if we needed anything else. We also got a complementary bottle of wine and lots of figs from his wife’s garden (delicious!).
Apart from the fact that the airport is just around the corner, it’s a really quiet area, and if you’re awake between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. you won’t be bothered by the planes (they don’t fly at night).
The bus stop is literally next to the house - one way you can get to the airport in 20 minutes, and the other way you can get to the center of Bilbao in 10 minutes. If you have a car there are parking options all around the house.
A small grocery store, a pharmacy and a few bars/restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

Location was ideal for me, just exactly where I needed to be. I liked the availability of coffee, use of microwave and also fridge (which I didn’t use but others were). Also a place to sit and eat/ drink.
The hotel was in a superb location, right on the river.
