Good price, clean and tidy.
We stayed here in Paterna when we visited Valencia, bus stops right outside apartment (bus number 140) price 1.45 each into Valencia.
We stayed in the city until the last bus at just after 9pm, then enjoyed a couple of the local bars in Paterna, very friendly people. Read the reviews and you won't be disappointed, it's a
shared house, shared kitchen and bathroom, no problems... Nice parking included. The entrance to the oarkung is in the next road next to a pizzeria and the bus stop for Valencia

Pool is lovely and all grounds beautifully maintained.
My stay at the apartment was wonderful! It was at a very good location, very near the metro station Santa Rita with a supermarket nearby and a few nice places to eat. Feli had catered for everything, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean, well equipped and everything is new. It is also in a very quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel was at the outskirts of Valencia, ideal if you’re travelling by car. We really enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of its location :)
