From the warm welcome by the staff to the room we got (number 10), everything was perfect. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff was helpful, proactive, warm, and kind. The hotel was close to the tourist attractions and shops, which made it easy to drop off my wife's shopping. Also, the interior design of the hotel transports you back to the 18th and 19th centuries in an elegant and aristocratic way.
