Freindly staff. Breakfast was basic but correctly priced. Evening meal was OK but over priced. Nice location and pleasant walk down into town. They stored our bikes overnight in a small locked up room which was nice of them, Rooms very warm.
The location was idyllic, very tranquil and just what we needed. The hotel was stunning, beautifully renovated. The owner was helpful and was happy to allow our dog in the restaurant. The food was outstanding with a great menu with lots to choose from.
Our stay was only for 1 night whilst travelling, but would definitely return for a few nights in the future. Overall, excellent value for money.
The hotel was an ideal location.. they made us very welcome , including our Old English sheepdog. we had 2 spacious and clean en/suite bedrooms . We also enjoyed a pleasant evening meal and breakfast .
