This was a fabulous place stay. It did not pretend to be what it was not, but the staff, facilities and restaurant were exceptional. The location, really close to the castle and amphitheatre at Medellin was excellent and the parking, whilst on the street was easy and really close to the hotel. The machine that booked you in was a little cryptic, but the stall were really kind in helping us work it out.

It is not simple to review this apartment. There were many superb aspects, and it should be a straight 10, but there was 1 major flaw that cannot be ignored.
The block seems newly converted, the apartment has quality new fittings throughout, the bed is very comfortable, It is really very smart and has a feel of quality. However...

EVERYTHING was priced far better than the other Hostal near the bridge.
Lovely welcome by the girl running the cafe, restaurant, check in part. Wish I’d asked her, her name because she was so lovely and helpful…literally walked us up the stairs and made sure we knew everything about the place. Very clean, basic room but fine for a one night stay. Cafe below is great, because all the locals were there in the morning
It was very easy to find, just right at the square to the entrance to the town. We found parking right in front of the entrance. And it was nice to have the pub and restaurant also beside it, no more trying to locate places after being around Madrid. The premises is very clean, new and modern. We had a spacious room with a big bathroom and shower and a balcony with a view to the castle.
