Host is extremely nice, rooms are clean and very comfortable. And it is obvious that there was designer involved - it is not random set of ikea stuff. It is interesting location close to the lake ( I cant find a name of that lake). One of our rooms had a view on lake. You can hear birds.

We arrived later in the afternoon so did not manage to walk around the area, but the views from the hotel were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the evening meal and there was a lot of choice for breakfast. We have stayed in a Parador hotel before and love the old buildings they are in.

The staff were amazing. The location is great, especially if you arrive by train. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. It was too cool to use the pool, but that's not why we stayed in Vitoria. Easy walking to everything

Super helpful and friendly staff, before and during stay. Room was perfect size, bed very comfortable and shower super hot if needed. Location ideal - far enough out of centre for ease of nearby parking and close enough for a 5 minute walk into centre. Hotel offer good discounted parking at nearby Plaza Amarica just 2 or 3 minutes walk from hotel.

Lovely clean and spacious 3 bedroom flat located 20 mins walk away from the train station in a quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was very clean with good water pressure and the beds were all comfortable. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully equipped. Very very fabulous value for the price and highly recommended for a home feel in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Communicating with the owner and getting in to the flat is extremely easy. Will surely stay again!

Beautiful and quiet location, authentic vibes with old furniture, like the fire kitchen stove! Jon is an amazing host, super friendly and very accommodating. It’s really convenient to have access to the kitchen. The place is perfect as a base for hiking and exploring the region.
