Everything! It was exactly as the photos- and more! So much thought gone into making this a comfortable space. This property was right at the front of the Old Town so you just walked out the door and were in the middle of everything. The staff were very helpful and happy and the room we were in was nice and quiet.

Amets House is the perfect place to stay if you want a ‘home-from-home’ experience! Our host was terrific and couldn’t be more helpful, advising us on all the best places to explore, eat and experience during our stay in Bilbao. The accommodation is spacious and very clean with fine attention to detail for a very comfortable stay. We had a magnificent time and take back many fond memories of our stay at Amets House.

Very clean room and bathroom. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. I requested for a sewing kit, shower cap and iron which were all provided for. There's free parking in front of hotel subject to availability. There's also a direct bus 3414 into the city centre. The bus stops are in front of the hotel.
Hotel is in a very quiet location, very well accessible by bus or metro. The breakfast was good, there was no vegetable offered. Recepists were helpful.

An excellent, well equipped and very clean apartment. Natalia was also very welcoming and extremely helpful. The apartment is situated in easy reach of the beach and Bilbao especially if you use the local transport - Metro/bus, so cheap if you get a Barik card.
