I'll leave just a description that might be helpful to others. This accommodation is on the first floor of a family house in a residential neighbourhood. Bathroom on the same floor. Run by a french couple (PACA maybe?) who live on the ground floor. Swimming pool outside (did not try it) and parking space with their cars.
I assume they only ever have one booking at a time - the room is the former bedroom of one of their children.

It’s a really calm place, loved the staff, loved the location. It was easy to go into the tourist attractions with bus/metro, with group this is a really wallet friendly option. They helped us with anything we needed, 10/10.

Location of a place, old house, with a local feel, the little garden with the very nice verada with a big swing and a table outside was a very nice way to spend evenings or mornings chilling and listening to birds. Short (10 minutes) walk to Eliana promenade with restaurants make it a very good location. A playground just metres away. The back area of the house with a swing for children.
Amazing location especially for public transport links to Valencia and conveniently super close to two big supermarkets. Amazing staff too, very helpful and always available if we had any questions!
