I'll leave just a description that might be helpful to others. This accommodation is on the first floor of a family house in a residential neighbourhood. Bathroom on the same floor. Run by a french couple (PACA maybe?) who live on the ground floor. Swimming pool outside (did not try it) and parking space with their cars.
I assume they only ever have one booking at a time - the room is the former bedroom of one of their children.

The facitlities and location are fantastic! Comfy beds and great bathrooms, they even provide a towel :) The only note id give as a future improvement is to provide a luggage storage please, as we were expecting to drop the bags off earlier on the way from the airport and been told that unfortunately they don't have it (yes, it was mistake on our part not to ask in advance but all hostels I've even been to allow it). They kindly suggested a luggage service which we found 15min walking distance so be prepared if you carry a heavier luggage with you.

Mercedes and Javier were excellent hosts and made our trip very enjoyable. They were very attentive and provided tips and recommendations, as well as booking taxis for us. They're very friendly and take pride in their property. The apartment was perfect for our group of three, and was well designed with everything you'd need for a short (or long) stay. The location is a very quiet and quaint area, with a Mercadona and cafés nearby. A great apartment for a unique stay in Valencia - would definitely recommend to anyone.

The appartement was extremely clean, Feli was a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. We had no problem in taking Uber late at night to the airport. The place has definetely exceeded my expactations!
