The house, bigger than expected, aircon in all rooms, two bathrooms, beautiful garden! Lovely pool (I thought it would be small but worked great for us with young children). Location near some of the nicest beaches in Majorca, beaches were busy as high season, but the town never seemed noisy, the house is in a very quiet location and we could always get a parking space opposite. The local shop is also great for bakery products, and the restaurant on the beach lovely in evening when quieter. We didn't try the other bars in Cala Llombards , but ate out at Santanyí once, and Es Llombards which had a lovely organic restaurant. There are lots of shops in Santanyi.

Absolutely stunning location right on the beach, restaurant below was fantastic and not too much noise, the views are incredible from the bedroom and balcony. The staff were so welcoming and helpful with describe walks to the nearby beaches etc. There is an an authentic deli located 3- 5 min walk up the straits across the beach at the back of the spar with everything you need for self catering , delicious Spanish cured meats and fresh bakery /coffee. Will definitely be returning.

From start to finish it was perfect, the food, the staff, the room, very clean and well looked after.
They are clearly very proud and take great care of all areas of the hotel.
We traveled with our 14 month old little boy and it was perfect for us and him. It feels so relaxed, with your own outside area with your room it really makes a difference to your stay.
Breakfast is faultless with a big choice of food, lunch by the pool is perfect and dinner is nice if you want a lazy evening in and not over priced.

Many thanks to Pedro and his family. The accommodation is in a beautiful, quiet location with a wonderful view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is very clean. The pool was very beautiful, it was cleaned twice every day. The accommodation is spacious, we were a large group of 9 friends and everyone had their own privacy including bathroom and toilet. The beach, restaurants and cliff path are only a 5-minute walk away.
The location is PERFECT. Right next to the water with beautiful views. Short walk down to bars & restaurants (reasonably priced for location and views as well)
Super friendly staff who were really helpful for activities! Even organised a hire car for a day from the hotel lobby for us to go exploring.
Buffet breakfast was awesome, so many options. Directly above the Dive shop. I recommend hiring a car if you want to explore further than this small bay but for our few days relaxing and swimming this was the most ideal spot!
The manager, Albert is excellent. He is very helpful and friendly and gives great recommendations of what to do and see in the area and where to eat etc. This local knowledge made our holiday better. Perfect location, always very clean. Quiet and comfortable so we slept very well. Views from the balcony are incredible. Restaurants and shop within 2 minutes walking distance. Bikes available to rent. Only 10 minute drive to Santanyí town.
The view is absolutely amazing! Beds were comfy, staff was extremely nice and helpful + we got a very cheap parking right next to the building. It is a great location, 1 min walk to the closest beach and not far from the other beautiful ones and also it has multiple restaurants and bars 2 min walk away. We really enjoyed the stay here, great value for money!

Location is superb!!! Our favourite beach of all the ones we visited in Mallorca. Restaurants nearby were lovely, with very friendly staff. Having the beach metres away was very ideal. Albert at reception was so helpful, organised taxis and car hire for us. Available on the phone as well for any needs we had. Would 100% come back!! View from the balcony was definitely the highlight!
The location of the property couldn’t be better, you are overlooking the beautiful beach of Santanyi.
The room was large with a wonderful balcony overlooking the bay. there was ample room for storage. although the property is older, we liked the Spanish decor with lots of wood and character.
The room was cleaned daily and it was spotless.
