This hotel has been built like a small town. You can easily walk around through the narrow streets and encounter a nice restaurant or bar. At the checking in, we got a personal service, with advise, tips on what to do. The rooms (suites) are spacious and very luxureous. The staff is always friendly and supportive, something we truly appreciated as my spouse is disabled and needs extra care. Tip : definitely book a spa-treatment. It is worth every penny.

The hotel is in an ideal location. Nice pool area although towels placed on sunbeds often for the whole day is a big problem which the hotel do not seem to do anything about.
The positives for this hotel is the Pool Bar staff, the waiting staff in the restaurant and the entertainment guy, all of them work very hard to ensure guests can relax and enjoy their holiday but I think some staff need to rethink what good customer care is all about.
