So much fun for everyone in the family! Playground was enclosed so kids were safer, pools were clean and had so many fun activities. They have a very well stocked store, great poolside bar, really this stay was top notch!

From first check- in to eventual check- out all the staff were exceptional they were all very friendly,hard working and indeed seemed to be happy in their work. From the manager down they were on hand to be helpful and in fact the manager Jaime actually asked where could he make any improvements. The facilities were all clean and the all inclusive food was varied and there was always something too like. There was hardly any, if any queueing at the bar or in the restaurant. AND THERE WAS ALWAYS FREE SUNBEDS and no early morning towel reservations on them. At night the entertainment possibly could be improved but if you didn't like it Cala Bona is only a short walk. All in all a 5* holiday was had by all.

We had a great stay in the hotel. The food offer, the location of the pool and the design of the restaurant were exceptional, the staff was always friendly and ready to help. The music shows organized by the management were the cherry on the cake.
